PrismLedger provides accounting services, including but not limited to personal tax filing, business bookkeeping, corporate tax return preparation, and financial planning. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon between PrismLedger and the client prior to commencement of work.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account information or passwords associated with our services
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of our services

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as outlined on our website or as agreed upon in writing. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement between PrismLedger and the client. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PrismLedger or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrismLedger and its employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
